Window Well Dig Out - Window wells fill up quickly with dirt, leaves, and muck.  This does not allow for proper drainage.  We dig out 18 inches to 2 feet down inside the window well.  We replace Muck with Pea Gravel which allows for natural drainage into the ground.  This is the most cost effective solution however does not work if seepage is too heavy.

For heavy seepage you may need an outside drainage system installed.  We will dig an outside drainage pipe that will collect the water and divert the water away from your Window Well.  This solution does work great if there is an area outside where we can divert the water to.  

A hole is drilled into the inside of your basement foundation.  A Drainage system is installed inside that will connect with your Drain Tile system or will connect to your sump pump system.

Windows in the basement get very old and start to crack and break.   This is also allowing them to be drafty and non efficent.  Replace those old broken window well windows with new Glass Block or Vinle Windows.
